Aaron was born and raised in Grove City and has deep roots in the Central Ohio community. He currently lives in Delaware with his wife, Heather, and their dogs, Bailey and Buster. Aaron earned his Associate of Applied Science in Accounting from Columbus State Community College in 1998, graduating as valedictorian, and passed all four sections of the Ohio Certified Public Accountant exam on his first attempt. In addition to his CPA designation, he holds Series 7 and Series 66 financial services licenses, as well as a Life & Health Insurance license. With a strong accounting foundation and broad financial services experience, Aaron enjoys helping clients navigate complex financial and tax matters with clarity and confidence. He values long-term relationships and is known for being approachable, responsive, and detail-oriented. Outside of the office, Aaron enjoys home improvement projects, camping with Heather and their dogs, and spending time with his family.
WILL KINSER, ACCOUNTANT
Will grew up in Ohio and currently lives in Galloway with his girlfriend, Samantha, and their daughter, Penelope. He graduated from The Ohio State University in 2024 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, specializing in Accounting, and is actively pursuing his CPA license through Franklin University. Will holds QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor Level 1 and 2 certifications as well as the Intuit Bookkeeping Certification. He manages the firm’s bookkeeping responsibilities and continues to expand his role in tax procedures, enjoying the opportunity to help clients gain clarity and confidence through organized, accurate, and reliable bookkeeping. Outside of work, Will enjoys traveling with his family, baking, spending time with his daughter, and watching football.

Halle was raised in Grove City where she currently resides with her boyfriend Giovanni and their three German Shepherds - Onyx, Jade, and Winter. Halle graduated from Franklin Heights High School in 2019, and earned a Payroll Certification from the National Association of Certified Public Bookkeepers. Outside of the office, Halle enjoys spending her time reading, hiking with her dogs, and watching her favorite television shows. She values quality time with her family and loves being outdoors, especially when it involves exploring new trails or going on an adventure. Halle appreciates organization and time management, takes pride in being dependable and detail-oriented, and values connecting with people and building meaningful relationships. Known for her reliability and well-rounded interests, Halle brings both dedication and balance to the workplace.

Bailey serves as the Office Manager as well as her primary role as Service Administrator and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from The Ohio State University, along with an Associate’s degree in Business Management from Columbus State. She is a commissioned Notary with over 10 years of experience supporting clients and ensuring a positive, professional experience at every touchpoint. Bailey thrives in people-first environments and takes pride in going the extra mile for both clients and team members. Outside of the office, she enjoys coaching softball, where she shares her passion for teamwork and leadership values she brings to her role every day.
